Each platter has 4 types of cheese and a selection of accompaniments:

If one of these cheeses are out of stock, it will be replaced accordingly. Place orders as early as possible.
FRENCH CHEESE PLATTER
Chateau de Bourgogne
Soft, spreadable, indulgent triple cream Brie style cheese from Burgundy, France.
Etorki
Smooth textured, creamy sheep's milk cheese hailing from French Basque Country. Often milder in taste, albeit far from boring.
Comte 24 Month
Firm, sharp, nutty, slightly sweet and salty “Alpine” style cheese made in France by the Charles Arnaud cellars using unpasteurized cow's milk.
Raclette Savoyarde
A classic and authentic raclette cheese from the Savoie region in France. Made with raw cow's milk, this semi-firm ripened cheese has a smooth creamy texture with a slightly gritty rind. It is mild with lactic and nutty notes.

ITALIAN CHEESE PLATTER
Asiago Pressato
Semi-soft, creamy, slightly picante, but with a mild taste. Made with the milk of cattle who graze the low lying areas of the Asiago plateau in the mountains of northern Italy.
Asiago d'Allevo
Firm, sharp, slightly tart Italian cheese made with cow's milk.
Provolone Piccante
Sharp, dry, picante cow's milk cheese produced in Cremona, Italy by the Auricchio family since 1877.
Gennari Organic Parmigiano Reggiano
Hard, salty, sweet, nutty, slightly granular cheese synonymous with Italian cuisine. Made in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy with organic, unpasteurized cow's milk.

Riopelle
Buttery, mushroomy, indulgent, triple cream “Brie” style cheese with hints of hazelnuts and hay. Made in Quebec with thermized cow's milk.
Avonlea Cheddar
Earthy, sharp, aged Cheddar aged in cloth as per traditional production methods. Made in PEI with unpasteurized cow's milk.
Tomme du Haut Richelieu
A semi-firm, pasteurized, washed rind goat's milk cheese made by the Fromagerie Fritz-Kaiser in Noyan, Québec. Smooth and mild in taste with nutty and hay-like flavour notes and a pleasant texture from the rind.
Five Brothers
This creamy, sharp, and salty cheese is characterized by a blend of traits found in the Gouda and Swiss Appenzeller styles. Produced by Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese and made with pasteurized cow's milk from the family's dairy farm in Woodstock, Ontario.

SPANISH CHEESE PLATTER
Manchego Fermier 6 Month
Semi-firm, grassy, fresh tasting sheep's milk cheese with a hint of sweetness. Made exclusively in the La Mancha region of Spain.
Drunken Goat
Creamy, smooth, semi-soft goat's milk cheese with a tangy sweetness resulting from the cheese being soaked in red wine. Made in Murcia, Spain.
Verata with Thyme
Semi-firm, creamy, sharp, smooth artisanal goat cheese coated in thyme. Made with unpasteurized goat's milk on the organic farm at Hacienda Zorita in Valverdón, Spain.
Idiazabal
A traditional raw sheep's milk cheese made in the Basque and Navarra regions of Northern Spain. In the summer, the sheep graze on higher pastures to eat fresh grass. This results in a very pleasant, savoury cheese that ends on a slightly tart and mineral note. The most noticeable smoky flavour of the cheese is a result of the cheese being stored near fireplaces in mountain huts where there are no chimneys, allowing the cheese to absorb the smoke.

ONTARIO CHEESE PLATTER
Five Brothers
This creamy, sharp, and salty cheese is characterized by a blend of traits found in the Gouda and Swiss Appenzeller styles. Produced by Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese and made with pasteurized cow's milk from the family's dairy farm in Woodstock, Ontario.
Elgin Buffalo Gouda
A six month old gouda made with pasteurized buffalo milk from Hope Artisan Dairy Co-Op in Alymer, Ontario. This firm gouda is buttery, smooth, and delicious with grassy notes and a hint of sweetness.
Tipsy
Semi-soft, creamy cow's milk cheese soaked in red wine. Made by Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese in Woodstock, ON
Darkside of the Moo
Semi-soft, creamy, yeasty, cow's milk cheese with a hint of chocolatey sweetness resulting from the cheese being soaked in chocolate stout. Made in Woodstock, ON by Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese.

CHEDDAR CHEESE PLATTER
Applewood Smoked Cheddar
Firm, aged raw milk cheddar, naturally smoked with apple wood. Made in Charlottetown, PEI.
Silo 6 Year Cheddar
Sharp, tangy, creamy, aged Cheddar with a pleasant bitter bite, and slight crunch. Produced in Quebec, and aged for six years in stone silos.
Thea Cheddar
Made in small batches using old world techniques, this cheddar is wrapped in cheesecloth to assist with the aging process (9 months) and flavour preservation. Thea has a crystalized texture with a subtle but sharp, nutty profile. Made in Lindsay, Ontario by Lenberg Farms.
Lindsay Cheddar
Firm, sharp, tangy, salty goat milk cheddar made in Lindsay, Ontario.

LUXURY CHEESE PLATTER
Zacharie Cloutier
Semi-firm, washed rind, unpasteurized sheep's milk cheese made in Racine, Quebec. Buttery, brothy, and complex, albeit not too in your face.
Brie aux Truffes
Brie de Meaux with a filling of creme fraiche, mascarpone, and chopped black truffles. This cheese is made in the Ile de France using unpasteurized cow's milk.
Challerhocker
Firm, sharp, salty, creamy, slightly spicy “Alpine” style cheese made in Switzerland with unpasteurized cow's milk.
Mimolette
Sharp, nutty, salty, sweet cheese with a striking orange colour, and hard, shale-like texture. Produced in Lille, France.

All of our platters are available for delivery, pick up or add them on to your catered function.
All allergy/food restictions prepared and packaged separately are $5 each.
Platters are served on disposable round trays with clear plastic lids.
Depending how much other food there is, our platters will approximately feed;

18″ Platter – 20 to 30 people
